Strong Moms Postnatal Program

Postpartum exercise isn't about a quick fix -- it's about finding what works for you in this new stage of life. Work with Trainer Meg to rebuild the foundation of your fitness: reconnect to your core; begin a progressive strength program; and reclaim time and energy for yourself. By the end of the session, you'll be ready to ease back into regular classes or your movement of choice, knowing how and when to modify for your postpartum body. You'll also meet other moms who are in a similar place on their journey!

Your baby is welcome to join (non-movers only, please!). Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have the approval of their doctor or physical therapist to exercise.

This program is capped at a maximum of EIGHT participants! Cost for the program is $400, billed in two installments of $200.

Classes are 60 minutes long, and will be on Wednesdays & Fridays at 10:30am. This is an eight week program beginning Wednesday April 9th, 2025.

ABOUT TRAINER MEG: I am a mom of three, a personal trainer with 14 years experience, and a former nurse. I help women in all stages of life feel strong and capable and find joy in moving their bodies. I love all forms of movement, especially strength training, trail running and cycling.

Meg is a certified personal trainer, and a certified pre & post-natal coach.
